Thymus ‘Turkey Thyme’ (Thymus westmoreland )

Description

Thyme Turkey is an edible perennial thyme that grows to approximately 25cm high and 1m in width. It is frost hardy. In Spring there are masses of mid pink flowers. Thrives in moist, well-drained soil in a sunny, open position. It has the common thyme flavour and therefore can be used in dishes where this flavour is wanted. This is a fast growing variety.
